A promotional program is a marketing way to attract customers by providing coupons, prizes, and product samples, To set a promotion program to a specific set of customers first the user needs to enable the Promotion and coupon programs feature from the settings of the sales module and then under promotion program, we can an option where one can set conditions based to customers, this option can be used to set promotion program to specific customers.
To deliver products as packets to the customers the user can use the feature named Product Packaging which Sell products in multiple units per package.
To Grant discounts on sales order lines, one has to enable the Discount option from the settings of the sales module.
With Odoo sales the user gets an option called sales warning with which one can set a warning or can block customers from the sales orders, after enabling that option under the customer menu under the internal note page the user gets the field to mention the warning or the blocking message.
Quotation layout can either be customized from the Onboarding panel of the sales module or from the settings of the sales module one can enable the option of quotation builder to customize the layout
